A one-of-a-kind offering specifically for lawyers, paralegals, and all other legal support workers! The Legal Cohort Program provides you with effective, efficient workouts and a like-minded community while honoring the unique needs of the legal industry. Each month, you'll have the opportunity to attend a group call with other cohort members (recorded in case you have to miss!), as well as 2 1:1 check-in calls that you can schedule at your own convenience. Each week, you'll be provided 2 at-home workouts, 2 gym workouts, and 2 office-friendly mobility sessions - pick and choose which you have time to complete, and when.
Please note that new members may only start on the first Sunday of each month.
Looking to create a consistent new routine? The 6 Week Self-Guided Program is here to help! You'll receive 3 hours of workouts per week (choose between 3 hour-long or 6 30-minute workouts) for home, gym, or office. I'll also provide extra support through a weekly check-in call and 24/7 app messaging. If your circumstances change during the program, no worries! Each week, you'll have the option to switch to the workout frequency/length and location that works best for your needs.
If you're looking to have a truly tailored fitness experience, I offer traditional one-on-one personal training, both remotely and in-person (Charlotte Metro area only). We'll work together to find the perfect length and format of training, and build a program that progressively pushes you towards your goals. I'll guide you through each workout to ensure that your form, weights, and workout load are in alignment - and provide a little company and humor, too!
